The Annual Candle Procession for 2024.

On Friday, July 19, 2024, Mr. Thanakrit Phansanit, the mayor of Bo Thong Subdistrict, along with the executive team, members of the municipal council, and department heads, led the Bo Thong Subdistrict Municipality staff in collaboration with Bo Thong Wongchan Wittaya School and Bo Thong Kindergarten. Together, they participated in the annual Candle Procession Ceremony for 2024, offering candles to Wat Bo Thong Ratbumrung (in the afternoon) as part of the project to promote the preservation of the traditional Candle Procession Ceremony. This initiative aims to promote, sustain, and preserve the local cultural traditions that have existed for generations, ensuring that these practices continue to be a part of Thai culture for years to come.
